Welcome to Funday Sunday!! A new initiative for WSAF sees the addition of the exciting family day on Sunday 27th June 2010. We're going to see the University join with the local communities of Coventry and Warwickshire to celebrate creativity and the arts in the area.
Funday Sunday aims to highlight the WSAF ethos by celebrating the relationship between University and local community talent, involving local people in the festival and finding innovative talent at the same time.
Absolutely anyone from the local area can get involved! If you are part of a dance group, then why not come along and perform? If you enjoy music, dance, theatre, creative writing, film and art, then click here to find out how you can be part of the Warwick Student Arts Festival!
It will be a fun-packed day with free performances, workshops and activities. Expect to see circus performers, magicians, face painters, dancers, bands, fire eaters and much more!
This year includes the Raise Your Voice choir festival featuring choirs from across Coventry and Warwickshire who will showcase their talents live at the heart of the WSAF in front of friends, family and students.
The day will also feature the Festival's Young Artist Awards Ceremony! This will be an exciting opportunity to see the Winning and Running up entries of our 2D Art, Creative Writing and Photography Competitions from young people across Coventry and Warwickshire. All participants of the competition will also receive a Certificate on the day.
Definitely not a day to be missed! So come along, sit back in the Summer sun and come join the party!

Now strictly speaking a plane has nothing to do with WSAF, but that didn't stop us putting together a downloadable version of the plane for you to colour in...
